Why Apologize to Afghanistan?

We have officially lost our minds.

The New York Times reports that President Obama has sent a formal letter of apology to Afghanistan’s ingrate president, Hamid Karzai, for the burning of Korans at a U.S. military base. The only upside of the apology is that it appears (based on the Times account) to be couched as coming personally from our blindly Islamophilic president — “I wish to express my deep regret for the reported incident. . . . I extend to you and the Afghani people my sincere apologies.” It is not couched as an apology from the American people, whose frame of mind will be outrage, not contrition, as the facts become more widely known.

The facts are that the Korans were seized at a jail because jihadists imprisoned there were using them not for prayer but to communicate incendiary messages. The soldiers dispatched to burn refuse from the jail were not the officials who had seized the books, had no idea they were burning Korans, and tried desperately to retrieve the books when the situation was brought to their attention.

Of course, these facts may not become widely known, because no one is supposed to mention the main significance of what has happened here. First, as usual, Muslims — not al-Qaeda terrorists, but ordinary, mainstream Muslims — are rioting and murdering over the burning (indeed, the inadvertent burning) of a book. Yes, it’s the Koran, but it’s a book all the same — and one that, moderate Muslims never tire of telling us, doesn’t really mean everything it says anyhow.

Muslim leaders and their leftist apologists are also forever lecturing the United States about “proportionality” in our war-fighting. Yet when it comes to Muslim proportionality, Americans are supposed to shrug meekly and accept the “you burn books, we kill people” law of the jungle. Disgustingly, the Times would inure us to this moral equivalence by rationalizing that “Afghans are fiercely protective of their Islamic faith.” Well then, I guess that makes it all right, huh?

Then there’s the second not-to-be-uttered truth: Defiling the Koran becomes an issue for Muslims only when it has been done by non-Muslims. Observe that the unintentional burning would not have occurred if these “fiercely protective of their Islamic faith” Afghans had not defiled the Korans in the first place. They were Muslim prisoners who annotated the “holy” pages with what a U.S. military official described as “extremist inscriptions” in covert messages sent back and forth, just as the jihadists held at Gitmo have been known to do (notwithstanding that Muslim prisoners get their Korans courtesy of the American taxpayers they construe the book to justify killing).

Do you know why you are supposed to stay mum about the intentional Muslim sacrilege but plead to be forgiven for the accidental American offense? Because you would otherwise have to observe that the Koran and other Islamic scriptures instruct Muslims that they are in a civilizational jihad against non-Muslims, and that it is therefore permissible for them to do whatever is necessary — including scrawl militant graffiti on their holy book — if it advances the cause. Abdul Sattar Khawasi — not a member of al-Qaeda but a member in good standing of the Afghan government for which our troops are inexplicably fighting and dying — put it this way: “Americans are invaders, and jihad against the Americans is an obligation.”

Because exploiting America’s hyper-sensitivity to things Islamic advances the jihad, the ostensible abuse of the Koran by using it for secret communiqués is to be overlooked. Actionable abuse occurs only when the book is touched by the bare hands of, or otherwise maltreated by, an infidel.

As our great Iraqi ally Ayatollah Ali Sistani teaches, touching a kafir (“one who does not believe in Allah and His Oneness”) is to be avoided, because Islamic scripture categorizes infidels as equivalent to “urine, feces, semen, dead bodies, blood, dogs, pigs, alcoholic liquors,” and “the sweat of an animal who persistently eats filth.” That is what influential clerics — not al-Qaeda but revered scholars of Islamic law — inculcate in rank-and-file Muslims.

And they are not making it up. Sistani came upon this view after decades of dedicated scriptural study. In fact, to take just one telling example (we could list many, many others), the “holy” Koran we non-Muslims are supposed to honor proclaims (in Sura 9:28), “Truly the pagans are unclean . . . so let them not . . . approach the sacred mosque.” It is because of this injunction from Allah that non-Muslims are barred — not by al-Qaeda but by the Saudi Arabian government — from entering Mecca and Medina. Kafirs are deemed unfit to set their infidel feet on the ground of these ancient cities. You don’t like that? Too bad — grin and bear it . . . and, while you’re at it, surge up a few thousand more American troops to improve life in Kandahar.

Fatwa: Não é permitido que os cristãos construam ou reparem igrejas

Pergunta: Que a paz esteja com o senhor, como também a misericordia e benções de Alá. Nosso eminente shaykh, li numa de suas fatwas em este bom e abençoado site da internet, que não é permitido que os cristãos construam ou reparem igrejas. Qual a evidência por isto? Há evidência no Alcorão ou a Sunnah a qual diz que construir as igrejas é proibida, ou será que isto vem só da jurisprudência? 

Resposta: Em nome de Alá, e para Alá vá todo o louvor. Que a paz esteja sobre o Mensageiro de Alá, como também sobre sua família, companheiros, e todo aquele que o segue. 

Isto se explica detalhadamente no livro, "Os Julgamentos para o Povo da Dhimma [i.e. judeos e cristãos]," por Imam Ibn Qayyim. Também lhe basta revisar o meu livro, "Chamando o Povo do Livro para a Religião do Senhor de Toda a Humanidade," pois por dentro dele há coisas beneficiosas. Já respondi a sua pergunta anteriormente, e expliquei para você aquilo que fazem com os muçulmanos em alguns paises europeus como Itália, com respeito a prevenindo-os de construir as mesquitas ali. A Shariah não trata igualmente as coisas que são diferentes, nem trata de forma diferente as coisas que são iguais. Esta é a justícia pelo qual se remove a opressão. Por exemplo, quando uma Pessoa do Livro me felicita por meu dia santo, ele está felicitando a verdade. Mas por outra maneira, quando eu lhe felicito por seu dia santo, estou felicitando a falsidade. Porquanto os infiéis, ainda que tenham que pagar muito dinheiro, gostariam de que os muçulmanos participassem com eles em seus dias santos. Existe o provérbio: "Quem assemelha-se a um povo é um deles," e também, "Quem tem amado um povo será ajuntado com eles." A semelhança por fora conduz à semelhança por dentro...

Los islamistas siguen actuando a placer en Egipto contra los cristianos y un numeroso grupo le ha cortado la oreja a uno.

Un grupo de supuestos islamistas radicales, ayudados por varios vecinos, cortaron una oreja a un cristiano al que acusaban de dirigir una red de prostitución en la localidad de Qena, en el sur de Egipto, informó hoy el diario Al Shuruq.

Según el periódico independiente, la Fiscalía de Qena, donde ocurrió el incidente el pasado lunes, pidió ayer que un equipo médico examinara a la víctima y que la policía científica analizara el coche y la casa del supuesto proxeneta, que fueron quemados por el grupo de radicales, según recoge Efe.

La Fiscalía ordenó, asimismo, el arresto inmediato de los autores de la agresión, según los cuales la víctima, identificada como Ayman Anwar Mitri, utilizaba su apartamento como centro de operaciones para dirigir una red de prostitutas, entre las que había musulmanas.

Uno de los vecinos del agredido dijo a Al Shuruq que los agresores no habían actuado antes por miedo al cuerpo especial de la policía encargado de los delitos contra la Seguridad del Estado, pero que ahora, tras su disolución, habían decidido irrumpir en la casa.

"Hubiéramos reaccionado de la misma manera si el dueño de la casa hubiera sido musulmán", dijo el vecino, que el periódico no identifica, ni tampoco aclara si participó en el asalto.

Por su parte, "una fuente cristiana" citada por el rotativo afirmó que miembros de su comunidad denunciaron el incidente porque los islamistas aplicaron una versión estricta de la Sharía (ley islámica) antes de probar que la víctima estaba implicada en la dirección de la supuesta red de prostitución.

A través de la red social de Facebook, numerosos cristianos, que representan un diez por ciento de la población egipcia, de unos ochenta millones de habitantes, condenaron el incidente y pidieron que se presenten a la Justicia a los islamistas implicados en el hecho. Espanha: Síndrome da Jihad Súbita

Note-se que o El País não diz que o indivíduo é muçulmano, referindo-se-lhe como um «perturbado». É correcto e o nome da perturbação é «islão»!

Note-se como o El País afirma que o acto não foi premeditado. Claro que não: o homem ia a passar à porta do centro de saúde com o seu machado debaixo do braço e deu-lhe uma coisa, entrou, atacou duas administrativas com o machado, amputando-lhes dedos, e uma enfermeira, cortando o escalpe às três.

Note-se que o El País tinha que desculpabilizar o assassino (em forma tentada, pelo menos) cantando a canção do «coitadinho que está desempregado». Como se sabe, o desemprego leva ao homicídio a sangue frio.

A esta atitude do El País pode chamar-se ódio ao Ocidente e dhimmitude.

Un hombre ha irrumpido esta mañana armado con un hacha de grandes dimensiones en un centro de salud de Fuenlabrada (Madrid) y ha atacado al personal ya los pacientes. El agresor, identificado como AEB, de 40 años, nacionalidad marroquí y vecino de la localidad, ha herido a tres trabajadoras del ambulatorio El Naranjo antes de ser detenido por un joven que estaba en el centro de salud esperando a que atendieran a su mujer.Las heridas son dos administrativas y una enfermera y las tres se encuentran en estado grave, aunque no se teme por sus vidas. La Consejería de Sanidad ha convocado una reunión urgente de la Mesa Sectorial - compuesta por los sindicatos Satse, Femyts, CC OO, UGT y CSIT-UP- para informar de lo sucedido el lunes día 28.
Un testigo ha explicado que el hombre ha entrado con el hacha escondida bajo una sudadera que portaba sobre su brazo derecho, mientras que un portavoz de la Jefatura Superior de la Policía ha asegurado que ha atacado "indiscriminadamente" a los que se ha encontrado. La actuación del hombre, con evidentes signos de trastorno mental y que ha confesado tranquilamente los hechos, no parece ser premeditada. El testigo mismo testigo ha precisado que nada más entrar ha sacado el arma y le ha pegado un hachazo a una mujer que se encontraba tras el mostrador de administración. La víctima ha caído al suelo, y el perturbado ha continuado atacando a una segunda mujer que estaba sentada, y que también ha quedado tendida en el suelo. Posteriormente, ha accedido al interior del habitáculo en el que estaba una tercera trabajadora y le ha asestado un golpe. Con las tres mujeres tendidas, ha continuado agrediéndolas.
Una de las enfermeras del centro de salud ha relatado a Efe que el agresor gritaba "os voy a matar, os voy a matar". "Una de mis compañeras ha logrado escapar gateando al lado del agresor, mientras éste atacaba a mis otras dos compañeras. Mi instinto ha sido salir corriendo a pedir ayuda, hacia una calle donde hay un descampado. Y allí me he quitado la bata, por si era una fijación de un loco por perseguir gente con bata", ha detallado María Ángeles.
Detenido por un joven
De las dos administrativas heridas, Pilar, de 55 años, ha sufrido la semiamputación de la mano derecha, amputación de falange izquierda y también levantamiento del cuero cabelludo. Está siendo atendida en La Paz, donde la operan para salvarle el miembro superior, y su estado es grave. Otra administrativa, también de nombre Pilar, de 51 años, ha perdido la primera falange del dedo índice de la mano derecha y tiene también levantamiento del cuero cabelludo. Ha sido trasladada al hospital de Fuenlabrada y, de ahí, la han derivado a la Fundación Jiménez Díaz de Madrid. Aunque en un principio su pronóstico era moderado, finalmente se encuentra en estado grave.
La tercera herida es una enfermera, Conchi, de 46 años, a la que se le ha arrancado parte del cuero cabelludo. También ha sido enviada en un primer momento al hospital de Fuenlabrada con pronóstico moderado, de donde ha sido traslada al Doce de Octubre de la capital, donde se encuentra en estado grave. Además, Emergencias de la Comunidad de Madrid ha atendido en el lugar a dos personas con crisis de ansiedad después de presenciar el suceso. Varios psicólogos atienden a las personas que se han visto involucradas en este suceso.
El ataque se ha producido sobre las 12.30. Tras irrumpir en el centro y atacar a los que se ha encontrado a su paso, el agresor ha salido del lugar a pie, todavía hacha en mano, y perseguido por un joven, Roberto, que se encontraba en el centro de salud con su mujer, Encarnación, a la espera de que un médico le atendiera a ella, que sufre un flemón.
Roberto lo ha retenido a 200 metros del ambulatorio, delante de un bar, hasta que ha llegado un vehículo de la Policía Local, que le ha arrestado y le ha conducido a los calabozos de la Comisaría de Policía Nacional. Tras prestar declaración, Roberto, muy nervioso por lo que había pasado, ha protagonizado un altercado con los policías. Según fuentes policiales, el agresor es vecino de Fuenlabrada y ha relatado a los agentes que "se encontraba en paro y tenía muchos problemas".
Según las declaraciones de varios testigos, antes de acudir al ambulatorio, situado en la calle Avilés número 2, el hombre había tenido un problema para concertar una cita médica, porque o bien se le anuló la cita o no se la querían conceder. Sin embargo, a los trabajadores del centro de salud no les consta que el hombre "tuviera ningún problema con ninguna cita previa", según han informado fuentes sanitarias, que han explicado que el agresor ha ido directamente a por las trabajadoras, sin motivo aparente.
El alcalde socialista de Fuenlabrada, Manuel Robles, y el consejero de Sanidad, Javier Fernández Lasquetty, han acudido al centro de salud y han lamentado y condenado el suceso. El consejero ha calificado de "increíble e inconcebible" que una persona se dirija a un centro de salud y hiera "de forma indiscriminada a la gente que se dedica a salvar vidas". Ha definido la situación como de "espanto y horror", pero sin embargo ha resaltado que este centro de salud "no era de los conflictivos".
El alcalde, por su parte, ha querido resaltar "la profesionalidad de la policía municipal" por la rapidez y eficacia con la que han detenido al agresor, y ha informado de que los psicólogos del Consistorio están atendiendo a los facultativos del centro. El ambulatorio permanece cerrado y así permanecerá probablemente el resto del día. Los pacientes están siendo derivados a otros ambulatorios cercanos, los de la calle Francia y la calle Teruel.

The Rape Jihad

“Each of us was raped by between three and six men….One woman refused to have sex with them, so they split her head into pieces with an axe in front of us.”

This happened in Darfur, from which Sudanese military personnel actually airlifted women to Khartoum to serve as sex slaves.

Meanwhile, Indira Dzetskelova, the mother of one of the child hostages in Beslan, Russia, reports that “several 15-year-old girls were raped by terrorists.” Her daughter “heard their terrible cries and screams when those monsters took them away.” This indicates that there are two things the massacre in Beslan have in common with the ongoing massacres in Darfur: both, no less than the 9/11 attacks, are examples of Islamic jihad terrorism, and both are characterized by rape.

What does rape, then, have to do with these religious conflicts? Unfortunately, everything. The Islamic legal manual ‘Umdat al-Salik, which carries the endorsement of Al-Azhar University, the most respected authority in Sunni Islam, stipulates: “When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.” Why? So that they are free to become the concubines of their captors. The Qur’an permits Muslim men to have intercourse with their wives and their slave girls: “Forbidden to you are ... married women, except those whom you own as slaves” (Sura 4:23-24).

After one successful battle, Muhammad tells his men, “Go and take any slave girl.” He took one for himself also. After the notorious massacre of the Jewish Qurayzah tribe, he did it again. According to his earliest biographer, Ibn Ishaq, Muhammad “went out to the market of Medina (which is still its market today) and dug trenches in it. Then he sent for [the men of Banu Qurayza] and struck off their heads in those trenches as they were brought out to him in batches.” After killing “600 or 700 in all, though some put the figure as high as 800 or 900,” the Prophet of Islam took one of the widows he had just made, Rayhana bint Amr, as another concubine.

With Muhammad revered throughout the Islamic world as al-insan al-kamil, the perfect man, the rapes of Darfur and Beslan are nothing surprising. What is surprising, or ought to be, is the silence from the Islamic world about the rapes in both cases. Where are the reformers who will dare to say that Muhammad’s example must not be followed in this case? Who will acknowledge that the world has developed principles of human rights that must supercede those forged in seventh-century Arabia? Where are the Western spokesmen who are not so in thrall to multiculturalism that they will condemn rape that is justified according to Islamic religious principles? The much-lionized “Muslim Martin Luther,” Tariq Ramadan, now banned from entering the U.S., can so far only bring himself to call for a moratorium, not a definitive ban, on stoning for adulterers. Rape of captives? His sentiments are not known. Where is the Muslim Solzhenitsyn, who will speak honestly about the aspects of Islam that so desperately need reform, and call for the overhaul that the system so obviously needs? The Spanish ham controversy follows several other recent imbroglios involving Spain's Muslim community, which now numbers around 1.5 million (compared to only 100,000 in 1990), and exposes the growing uncertainty in Spain over how to deal with Muslim mass immigration. In September 2010, for example, a discotheque in southern Spain was forced to change its name and architectural design after Islamists threatened to initiate "a great war between Spain and the people of Islam" if it did not. La Meca was a popular discotheque in the southern Spanish resort town of Águilas (Murcia) in the 1980s and 1990s. After being closed for more than a decade, the club reopened in August 2010 under new management, but using the original name, La Meca. The mega-nightclub, which has been visited by more than 100,000 patrons since its reopening, features a large turquoise-colored mosque-style dome, a minaret-like tower, as well as traditional Arabic architecture common in southern Spain. But soon after its reopening, Muslims began to complain that the nightclub is offensive and insulting to their religion; a group of Muslim radicals posted a video on the Internet calling for a boycott of Spanish goods and jihad against those who "blaspheme the name of Allah." Spain's intelligence agency, the Centro Nacional de Inteligencia (CNI), warned La Meca's owners that the discotheque was being directly targeted by Islamic extremists. In mid-September, the nightclub owners held a hastily-arranged press conference during which they – under the watchful supervision of local Muslim leaders – announced that the venue's name would be changed to La Isla (the island) "to avoid further problems and to ensure that patrons keep coming." They also confirmed plans to modify controversial features of the club's architecture, namely a minaret-like tower that will be converted into a lighthouse-like tower. Other Islam-related controversies abound in Spain. In December 2010, for example, Spanish police raided an apartment in the northern city of Logroño to free a 25-year-old Pakistani woman who was forced to marry her cousin and was then held captive by her family and sexually assaulted for more than a month. She was freed after two passersby found a note the woman had dropped from the window of an eighth floor apartment where she was being held. Police arrested ten Pakistanis, including the woman's husband as well as her parents, on charges of kidnapping and sexual assault. In an interview with the Madrid-based newspaper, El País, Huma Jamshed, President of the Association of Pakistani Women in Spain, says there are many such cases in Spain, although most of them do not end up with arrests. "It is difficult to understand. You have to know Pakistani culture, which is completely different from Spanish culture. This is a matter of interests. The families marry off their children to relatives in Pakistan to get the [immigration] papers here, and this is a guarantee of a future for them. Marriages between cousins are normal in Pakistan and women do not feel obliged. The problems begin when they come to Spain and are educated; they begin to work and know their rights, because then it becomes an abuse and they feel forced." Meanwhile, the Catalan town of Lleida, where 29,000 Muslims make up more than 20 percent of the town's population, became the first municipality in Spain to ban the burqa head covering in all public spaces. Women found violating the ban, which entered into effect on December 9, will be fined up to €600 ($750). One day earlier, the Catalonian Supreme Court turned down an appeal from Watani, a local Muslim association, which had argued that the ban constitutes religious discrimination. Also in December, an imam in Tarragona, a city in northeastern Spain, was sentenced to one year in prison for forcing a 31-year-old Moroccan woman to wear a hijab head covering. The local prosecutor had asked the judge to jail the imam and three others for five years for harassment" after the imam had threatened to burn down the woman's house for being an "infidel," but the Socialist mayor tried to get the case dismissed to prevent "a social conflict." In November 2010, the Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla, two enclaves in northern Africa, officially recognized the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, or the Festival of Sacrifice, as a public holiday. By doing so, Ceuta and Melilla became the first Spanish municipalities officially to mark an Islamic holiday since Spain was liberated from Muslim captivity in 1492. More than 10,000 lambs were slaughtered in conformity with Sharia rituals during the one-day festival on November 17. According to local media reports, many of the animals were imported illegally from Morocco because Muslim immigrants prefer to sacrifice lambs with long tails, lacking on lambs grown on the Iberian Peninsula. Meanwhile, jihadists are now calling for a "crusade" to recover Ceuta and Melilla for Islam. They say they were provoked by an August 2010 border crisis between Spain and Morocco and that involves the two cities. In October 2010, the Islamic Association of Málaga, in southern Spain, demanded that Television Española (TVE), the state-owned national public television broadcaster, stop showing a Spanish-language television series called El Clon. In an angry letter addressed to TVE Director General Santiago González, the authors express their "most energetic revulsion" against a show they describe as "not only anti-Muslim, but also attacking the basic principles of coexistence and integration guaranteed by all democratic societies." The authors accuse TVE of violating the Spanish Constitution for airing a program that criticizes certain aspects of Islam, such as forced marriages and the lack of women's rights in Muslim countries. In September 2010, radical Muslims threatened to attack the Barcelona metro system on the day the city celebrates its annual September 24 holiday, Festes de la Mercè., which had its origins in a medieval Roman Catholic religious order established to liberate Christians from Muslim captivity at a time when the Iberian Peninsula was under Islamic occupation (711-1492). In April 2010, a 16-year-old schoolgirl was banned from a school in Madrid after refusing to remove her hijab, a face covering, in violation of the school dress code. In December 2009, nine Salafists in Catalonia kidnapped a woman, tried her for adultery based on Sharia law, and condemned her to death. The woman escaped and fled to a local police station just before she was to be executed by the Islamists. In November 2009, a Muslim lawyer was ejected from Spain's high court in Madrid, where she was defending a client, because the lawyer refused to remove her headscarf. In April 2009, Spain marked the 400th anniversary of King Philip III's expulsion of the Moriscos -- the descendants of the Muslim population who converted to Christianity under threat of exile in 1502 -- from Spain in 1609. The Spanish Socialist Party called on Spain to apologize to the Muslim world for the expulsion, which Muslims claim was the world's first genocide. Muslim leaders say Spain could right the wrong by offering Spanish citizenship to the Muslim descendants of the Moriscos, as an "apology and acknowledgement of mistakes" made during the Spanish Inquisition. In February 2009, the Islamic Commission of Spain, the group that represents Spain's Muslims, complained to the Spanish government that there are only 11 cemeteries for the 1.5 million Muslims in Spain. El profesor de La Línea indicó que el clima frío de Trevélez favorecía su curación y un alumno que practica esta religión se sintió ofendido · La Policía Judicial le toma declaración y recaba información del menor

Un profesor del instituto Menéndez Tolosa ha sido denunciado por una familia musulmana de La Línea pues su hijo, alumno de primer curso de Secundaria, considera que se le ofendió durante el transcurso de una clase de geografía, según informaron a este periódico fuentes del instituto.

Este medio pudo saber que el docente se encontraba dando clase con normalidad sobre los distintos climas del planeta y usó a la localidad granadina de Trevélez como ejemplo de clima frío y seco. A modo de anécdota, el profesor contó que precisamente ese clima favorecía la curación de los jamones. Entonces el alumno pidió al docente que no hablara de jamones puesto que le ofendía la cuestión al ser musulmán.

Según pudo saber este diario de fuentes del centro, el profesor le contestó que simplemente se trataba de un ejemplo y que él no tenía en cuenta en sus clases la religión que practican sus alumnos.

Esto podría haberse quedado simplemente en un intercambio de pareceres pero la familia del menor, que en ningún momento acudió a hablar con el profesor sobre este incidente en clase, no ha dudado en interponer una denuncia contra el docente en la comisaría del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía.

Aunque nadie se puso en contacto con él, al parecer un familiar del menor sí que acudió al centro educativo para hablar con la Jefatura de Estudios y protestar por el ejemplo que el profesor había puesto en clase de geografía. Agentes de la Policía Judicial acudieron ayer al Menéndez Tolosa para que el profesor prestase declaración sobre los hechos ocurridos durante la clase. Además, los funcionarios han solicitado la documentación disciplinaria y académica del menor en este instituto y en el centro anterior en el que estaba escolarizado. Este medio ha podido saber que el docente está acusado de ser autor de un supuesto delito de maltrato de obra, alegando además motivaciones racistas y xenófobas.

La Delegación Provincial de Educación confirmó también ayer a este periódico que, efectivamente, sabía que se habían producido estos hechos y que un profesor había sido denunciado al Cuerpo Nacional de Policía pero declinó hacer declaraciones al respecto. Profesores y alumnos del centro están indignados por esta situación porque además es un profesor de trayectoria reconocida que lleva más de dos décadas dedicándose a la docencia, por lo que ha impartido clase a miles de jóvenes y nunca ha tenido un problema de estas características. Por este motivo se encuentra muy afectado. A pesar de estar atravesando un momento difícil, el docente continúa acudiendo al instituto y cumpliendo con su obligación para con sus alumnos. El Cuerpo Nacional de Policía mantiene abierta la investigación de estos hechos denunciados por la familia del menor y habrá que esperar a la resolución que dictamine la autoridad judicial en el juicio de faltas cuando se celebre. Remarkable german documentary about the gradual radicalisation and moral deroute of Barino Barzoum. Son of a coptic christian father and german catholic mother. It details how the Quran disguises seeds of hate and scorn as indisputable opinions of the creator of the universe. This mixture of ruthlessnes and worship has a very interesting albeit devastating influence on the believer. Making an otherwise intelligent person loose his natural capacity for making moral judgements. Highly recommended for anyone intererested in the psychology of islamic mindgames and memes I went through the trouble of translating and subtitling this one myself mainly because I consider it the most important german documentary about Islam. In the sequel which I hope I will be able to translate at a later time, Barino leaves Islam and joins the church of the coptic christians. And today he is one of the most dedicated and outspoken people in germany warning against the threat of radical Islam. I have this gut feeling that a day will come when everybody will know who Barino is, and thought it would be good to present this record of his years in the Abu Bakr Mosque to an international audience. Campaigners have welcomed the intervention by Pope Benedict XVI on behalf of refugees from Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan who are being held hostage in the Sinai Desert by people traffickers.

Hundreds of refugees from the Horn of Africa have been held for months on the outskirts of a town in the Sinai Desert in purpose-built containers, where Bedouin people traffickers are demanding payment of up to US$8,000 per person for their release, though the hostages had already paid US$2,000 for passage to Israel.

On 1 December Christian Solidarity Worldwide, Human Rights Concern Eritrea, Agenzia Habeshia and EveryOne Group issued a joint appeal for urgent international intervention in the plight of the refugees, who are currently being held in degrading and inhumane conditions, bound by chains around their ankles and denied adequate food and water. The appeal details extreme methods of torture suffered by the refugees, including electric shocks, to force friends and families abroad to make the payments. The women in the group, who have been separated from the rest, are particularly vulnerable to severe abuse.

During his Angelus address on Sunday, Pope Benedict XVI invited pilgrims “to pray for all situations of violence, intolerance, suffering in the world, that the coming of Jesus may bring consolation, reconciliation and peace. I think of the many difficult situations, such as the continuous attacks that occur in Iraq against Christians and Muslims, the clashes in Egypt where there were deaths and injuries, the victims of traffickers and criminals, such as the drama of the hostages, Eritreans and of other nationalities, in the Sinai desert. Respect for the rights of all is the prerequisite for peace. Our prayer to the Lord and our solidarity can bring hope to those who are suffering.”

ROMA, 7 dicembre 2010 – Nella foto qui sopra, Benedetto XVI saluta e conforta dei cristiani iracheni, sedici donne, tre bambini e sette uomini, sopravvissuti al massacro del 31 ottobre scorso nella cattedrale siro-cattolica di Baghdad e giunti a Roma per essere curati dalle ferite. È mercoledì 1 dicembre, al termine dell'udienza generale. Quattro giorni dopo, all'Angelus di domenica 5, papa Joseph Ratzinger è tornato a pregare per le vittime dei "continui attentati che si verificano in Iraq contro cristiani e musulmani". Negli stessi giorni, il papa ha citato anche altre "situazioni di violenza, di intolleranza, di sofferenza che ci sono nel mondo". Ma l'insistito richiamo all'Iraq è parso esprimere una preoccupazione speciale. In effetti, gli attacchi ai cristiani nel paese del Tigri e dell'Eufrate denotano un odio sempre più marcatamente religioso, islamista. L'attacco del 31 ottobre alla cattedrale siro-cattolica di Baghdad, con 58 morti e molte decine di feriti, colpiti mentre celebravano la messa, è stato giudicato in Vaticano un avvenimento rivelatore. La dinamica del massacro non lascia dubbi. Gli aggressori indossavano cinture esplosive. Sparavano e tiravano bombe gridando: "Voi andrete tutti all'inferno, mentre noi in paradiso. Allah è il più grande". Nelle cinque ore dell'attacco, i terroristi hanno pregato per due volte, hanno recitato il Corano come in una moschea. Hanno devastato l'altare, tirato al bersaglio sul crocifisso, infierito sui bambini semplicemente perché "infedeli". Ciò che è accaduto in quelle cinque ore terribili lo si è saputo a distanza di giorni, a poco a poco, grazie alle testimonianze dei numerosi feriti portati per le cure a Roma e in altre città d'Europa. Un'altra preoccupazione del papa e di altri uomini di Chiesa riguarda lo scarso interesse che i governi e l'opinione pubblica occidentali dimostrano nei confronti di questi attacchi anticristiani. Se poi si guarda dentro il mondo musulmano, l'indifferenza con cui si lasciano correre simili atti appare ancor più preoccupante. Le voci di condanna si levano rare e fioche. Il terrorismo islamista sembra essere – nell'opinione diffusa – un semplice eccesso invece che un crimine inaccettabile. Sembra trovare qui un'ulteriore conferma l'idea secondo cui la violenza contro l'infedele sia qualcosa di intrinseco all'islam in generale e non un suo travisamento: idea che fu al centro della lezione di Ratisbona e che papa Ratzinger ritiene rovesciabile solo con una "rivoluzione illuminista" da parte dello stesso islam. Ma per tornare all'attacco alla cattedrale siro-cattolica di Baghad, qui di seguito ne è riportata una ricostruzione, pubblicata un mese dopo, il 30 novembre, sul quotidiano italiano "Il Foglio". Un altro drammatico resoconto, raccolto da sopravvissuti, è uscito lo stesso giorno su "Asia News", l'agenzia on line diretta da padre Bernardo Cervellera del Pontificio Istituto Missioni Estere: > "Provo a dimenticare, ma vedo sempre la chiesa insanguinata a Baghdad" Intanto continuano a Baghdad e in altre località irachene le uccisioni di cristiani, colpiti in quanto tali: gli ultimi due, una coppia di sposi assaliti nella loro casa, nella notte di domenica 5 dicembre. Una cellula di al Qaida ritenuta responsabile dell'aggressione alla cattedrale è stata arrestata. Le autorità irachene hanno promesso misure speciali di protezione. Reporting from Beirut -- A majority of Muslims around the world welcome a significant role for Islam in their countries' political life, according to a new poll from the Pew Research Center, but have mixed feelings toward militant religious groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

According to the survey, majorities in Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan and Nigeria would favor changing current laws to allow stoning as a punishment for adultery, hand amputation for theft and death for those who convert from Islam to another religion. About 85% of Pakistani Muslims said they would support a law segregating men and women in the workplace.

Muslims in Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria and Jordan were among the most enthusiastic, with more than three-quarters of poll respondents in those countries reporting positive views of Islam's influence in politics: either that Islam had a large role in politics, and that was a good thing, or that it played a small role, and that was bad.

ERBIL, Iraqi Kurdistan: As more Christians are displaced from their homes in Iraq, they believe some groups and international intelligence services are masterminding a "plot" to drive them out of the country, just as with the forced expulsion of the Jewish minority in the past. Iraqi Christians have recently come under a new wave of attacks in Baghdad and other violent parts of the country, causing many of them to migrate to the much safer Kurdistan Region in northern Iraq or to live abroad. Johnson Siyawash Eyo, deputy head of the National Chaldean-Siryac-Assyrian Council, says that, out of the 1.5 million Christians that lived in Iraq until the 1990s, only 450,000 now remain in the country. "Some parties who have an incorrect understanding of Christians have a plot to eradicate Iraq of its Christians," Eyo said. He expressed fears that Iraq's Christian population might share the same fate as the Iraqi Jews of the middle of the last century who numbered in the tens of thousands and are now almost invisible.... He accused several international bodies, in cooperation with various countries' intelligence agencies, of "trying to eradicate the Christians in the Middle East. They have started with Iraq but if their project succeeds in Iraq, they will continue with other countries [in the region]." Eyo said that, instead of granting asylum to Christian refugees, Western governments should send funds to Christians in Iraq "to make them politically and economically stronger." Iraq's Christian population stood at around 149,000 after the 1947 census, roughly 3.7 percent of the country's population. In 1987, there were around one million Christians in Iraq out of a population of 18.5 million people, over 5 percent of the population. But now the number of Christians is estimated at under half a million.... Luay Matta, an advisor to Emmanuel Delly, the Patriarch of Babylon of the Chaldean Catholics, for instance, was unhesitant to accuse al-Qaeda of trying to "eliminate Iraq's Christians." Christian school in The Hague bans teacher in Islamic headbag.

Dutch News- An orthodox Christian primary school in The Hague on Friday refused to accept a fill-in teacher because she was wearing an Islamic headscarf. School head Teun Klaver said the school had imposed strict rules on clothing around seven years ago. The school bans all religious clothing and attributes unless they relates to the Christian faith. Orthodox religious schools are run privately but receive government funding. The neologism “Islamophobia” did not simply emerge ex nihilo. It was invented, deliberately, by a Muslim Brotherhood front organization, the International Institute for Islamic Thought, which is based in Northern Virginia. If that name dimly rings a bell, it should: I’ve mentioned it before, and it’s particularly important because it was co-founded by Anwar Ibrahim–the hero of Moderate Islam who is now trotting around the globe comparing his plight to that of Aung San Suu Kyi.

Abdur-Rahman Muhammad, a former member of the IIIT who has renounced the group in disgust, was an eyewitness to the creation of the word. “This loathsome term,” he writes, is nothing more than a thought-terminating cliche conceived in the bowels of Muslim think tanks for the purpose of beating down critics.

In another article concerning the many moderate Muslims whose voices have been drowned out by Saudi-financed Muslim Brotherhood front groups, Muhammad describes the strategy behind the word’s invention:

In an effort to silence critics of political Islam, advocates needed to come up with terminology that would enable them to portray themselves as victims. Muhammad said he was present when his then-allies, meeting at the offices of the International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT) in Northern Virginia years ago, coined the term “Islamophobia.”

Muhammad said the Islamists decided to emulate the homosexual activists who used the term “homophobia” to silence critics. He said the group meeting at IIIT saw “Islamophobia” as a way to “beat up their critics.”

Really imagine that scene: a bunch of Islamists admiring how astutely the queers–people who in their ideal world would be served with the lash or hanged–had portrayed their critics as mentally disturbed. Brilliant. Let’s take a leaf from them and then kill them. The association of anti-Islamism–the noblest form of liberal anti-totalitarianism–with gay-bashing rednecks in the grip of a psychosexual panic was not just one of those linguistic accidents of history, in other words. These guys were sitting there in Virginia and really thinking about the best way to exploit the weaknesses of the Western psyche. They came up with this word–and admit it, it’s clever; I challenge you to find a better one if you want to yank the West’s chain–and they marketed it with petrodollars, and now it truly does drive public discourse and policy the world over.

The fact that the IIIT was co-founded by Anwar Ibrahim, who is now on trial for sodomy–something of a homophobic charge, that--would be almost hilarious in its just-deserts irony if Anwar hadn’t succeeded in portraying himself as the moderate darling of Muslim moderation whose plight should now trouble the liberal conscience of the West, no matter his own role in exploiting it.

So Anwar Ibrahim– our moderate man in moderate Malaysia–is the moderate man behind this Orwellian effort to render the West incapable of objecting even verbally to political Islam. The gift of “Islamophobia” is just the beginning of the story.
